Product Limited Warranty

What this limited warranty covers and for how long:

BriteObjects LLC ("BriteObjects") warrants that the Webble (the "Product") accompanied by this limited warranty is free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"). This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the Product and only to products purchased and used in the United States of America. The limited warranty period also applies to any implied warranties that may exist under applicable law. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

What this limited warranty does not cover:

This limited warranty does not apply to: (1) defects resulting from repair (except by BriteObjects) or alteration of the Product, (2) defects resulting from use with accessories or other components not supplied by or expressly approved in writing by BriteObjects, and (3) defects resulting from misuse, including any use not in accordance with the product instructions, abuse, accident, neglect, improper maintenance or handling, or normal wear and tear.

What BriteObjects will do:

If you believe the Product is defective, please return it to BriteObjects in the manner described below within the limited Warranty Period. If BriteObjects determines a defect is covered by this limited warranty, BriteObjects will, at its option, repair or replace the product or components of the Product. This limited warranty extends to repaired and replacement products and components only through the end of the original limited Warranty Period.

What BriteObjects and its distributors and resellers are not responsible for:

In no event will BriteObjects or any of its retailers, dealers, distributors or resellers be liable for incidental, indirect or consequential damages relating to the Product (including any repaired or replacement product or component) or its use. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.

How State law applies:

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from State to State.

What you must do to get service under this limited warranty:

To make a claim under this limited warranty you must first contact BriteObjects. Please write to: BriteObjects, LLC, 2453 Ash Street, Palo Alto, CA 94306, or call 1-650-322-2767 or email to support@briteobjects.com. You must provide proof of purchase in the form of your original sales receipt in order to obtain service under this limited warranty.

Returns and Refunds

For United States customers who purchased the Webble at our online stores, including thewebble.com and shop.briteobjects.com:

If you are not completely satisfied with the Webble and you return it back to us in the original box after requesting a Return Material Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of receipt, BriteObjects will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. After 30 days, BriteObjects cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging and labels that shipped with the product. BriteObjects reserves the right to asses a 15% fee on any opened or otherwise used Webble. We will not accept damaged products due to misuse. Customer shall cover the cost of return shipping.

To return your Webble purchased from our online stores:

  1. Please contact BriteObjects at support@briteobjects.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product along with your contact information including a phone number where you can be reached.

  2. Return the Webble to BriteObjects LLC within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.

  3. Include your packing slip complete with your reason for return.

  4. Ship to:

NOTE: BriteObjects LLC recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to BriteObjects or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

For international customers who purchased the Webble at our online stores:

All sales are final and returns are not accepted.

Product Safety

The Webble is intended as a foot rest only. Keep it in a designated place under your desk and out of the way. Please use responsibly and be considerate of the safety of others. Do not ride it. Do not stand on it. Do not place on or near walkways or where there is foot traffic. The Webble is not a toy. Please use it only as intended and do not allow children to play with it.

Owner assumes all risk and responsibility associated with the use and presence of this device. BriteObjects, its partners or affiliates are in no way liable for any damage or injury resulting from the use or presence of this product.
